Shanks is a life-long learner that came to become a Salesforce Admin after seven years of being a full-time triathlon coach. Both include a passion for helping others achieve their goals while learning new skills and troubleshooting methods. 

 

Shanks started his Salesforce while working for an early stage startup, where he wore many hats and built a broad foundation of Salesforce knowledge. His expertise covers everything from building, implementation, and rollout of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and NPSP, to the intricacies of building flows that can scale, process automation and third party integrations. He’s the expert in getting your data into the format you want in order to streamline and automate business processes.
